What Alakazu AI is

Alakazu AI is an AI-powered parenting support tool. It is designed to offer guidance, encouragement, and ideas for parents and caregivers. It is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, legal, or therapeutic advice.

If you or your child are in a serious situation like a mental health crisis, a medical emergency, abuse, or anything urgent, please contact a qualified professional or emergency services right away.

Who can use this platform

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
• The Kids Mode feature is designed for children to use under parental supervision.
• You are responsible for how your account is used, including by any children in your care.

Your account

• Keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity on your account.
• Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
• You may delete your account at any time from your account settings.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use Alakazu AI to:

• Share content that is harmful, abusive, discriminatory, or illegal.
• Attempt to manipulate or jailbreak the AI into producing harmful output.
• Impersonate another person or organisation.
• Scrape, copy, or commercially exploit the platform's content or AI responses.
• Interfere with the security or performance of the platform.

AI limitations

Alakazu AI is powered by large language models. While we work hard to make responses helpful and accurate, the AI can make mistakes. Please do not rely solely on AI responses for important parenting or health decisions. Always use your own judgment and consult professionals when needed.

Intellectual property

All content, design, and technology on this platform belong to Alakazu. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the platform without written permission.

The conversations you have are yours. By using the platform, you give us permission to store and process them to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Service availability

We aim to keep Alakazu AI available at all times, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update, pause, or discontinue features at any time. We will do our best to notify you of significant changes.

Limitation of liability

Alakazu AI is provided as-is. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms. You can stop using the platform and delete your account at any time. Sections covering intellectual property and limitation of liability will continue to apply after termination.
